Context:
To position the organization as a learning-first entity, I co-developed five key learning guidelines and policies aimed at fostering a culture of continuous development and professional growth.

Challenge:
The organization lacked a cohesive framework for employee development, resulting in inconsistent access to learning opportunities and limited engagement in professional growth initiatives.

Solution:
I collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement five comprehensive learning guidelines: Executive Education, Executive Coaching, Professional Development, a Readers Club, and Speaking & Attending Conferences. These policies were crafted to provide structured pathways for employees to enhance their skills, engage in peer learning, and seek external learning opportunities.

Impact:
The introduction of these guidelines established a strong foundation for a learning-first culture within the organization.
