Context:
To enhance learning opportunities and accessibility for employees, there was a need to work on an end-to-end implementation of a leading MOOC platform (Udemy) and a Learning Management System (LMS).

Challenge:
The organization faced challenges with limited access to diverse learning resources, leading to inconsistent employee development and a lack of engagement in learning initiatives.

Solution:
I led the comprehensive implementation of the Udemy platform and an LMS, including needs analysis, vendor selection, content curation, and integration with existing systems. I also developed training materials and facilitated sessions to ensure employees could effectively navigate the new platforms and leverage their resources.

Impact:
The successful implementation of the MOOC and LMS significantly increased access to high-quality learning resources, resulting in improved employee engagement and skill development. Feedback indicated higher satisfaction with learning opportunities.
