Context:
Recognizing the importance of effective leadership in driving organizational success, I spearheaded a comprehensive Leadership Development journey aimed at enhancing managerial skills across the organization.

Challenge:
The existing leadership training lacked structure and engagement, resulting in inconsistent management practices and limited peer learning opportunities among managers.

Solution:
I program-managed the Leadership Development journey, which included designing the overall experience, focusing on instructional design, managing vendor relationships, and reporting on impact to executive leadership. Additionally, I launched Manager Learning Pods, creating a collaborative forum for people managers to share insights and best practices on critical topics such as providing effective feedback, delegation techniques, managing underperforming employees, and building trust within teams.

Impact:
The Leadership Development journey fostered a culture of continuous learning, significantly enhancing managerial effectiveness and employee engagement. Positive feedback from participants indicated improved confidence in their management skills, leading to better team dynamics and performance.
